Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EverCourt ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you take our online assessment, reserve a pre-order, or otherwise interact with this site.

1. Information we collect

  • Email address you submit at the assessment or pre-order step.
  • Assessment answers you provide during the quiz (activity level, comfort areas, recovery, age range, etc.).
  • Because our assessment asks about joint comfort and physical activity, some of your answers may reflect health-related information. We do not sell this information and only share it with the service providers listed in Section 3, solely to operate the funnel described above.
  • Pre-order price variant automatically assigned to your session for A/B pricing tests.
  • Analytics and advertising data collected via cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. This can include browser and device information, IP address, referring URL, marketing campaign parameters (UTMs), and Meta-issued click/browser IDs (_fbp, _fbc).

2. How we use it

  • Personalize your assessment result and product recommendation.
  • Send you pre-order confirmations, launch updates, and marketing emails.
  • Measure and optimize our advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including matching events back to the ad that brought you here.
  • Detect abuse, debug issues, and improve the funnel.

3. Who we share information with

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the site and our marketing:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — for advertising measurement and optimization. Email is hashed (SHA-256) before it is sent to Meta's Conversions API.
  • MailerLite — to send pre-order and marketing emails.
  • Supabase — to store assessment sessions, answers, and reservations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with Meta for advertising purposes may qualify as "sharing" or a "sale" under some U.S. state privacy laws (see the CCPA section below).

4. Your rights and choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send. To submit a request, email us at privacy@evercourt.co.

5. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. To opt out, email privacy@evercourt.co with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Info" and we will remove your information from the audiences we share with Meta. You also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, and to request deletion.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, measure funnel performance, and support advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as intended without them.
